Does a sulfur production combustion furnace qualify as a pressure vessel?

The furnace pressure in a sulfur production combustion furnace is 0.055 MPa. Does this constitute a pressure vessel? Is a pressure vessel manufacturing license required to produce such furnaces? Could some expert give me some advice?
This post was last edited by Shandong Huaxing on 2010-8-4 13:08. It’s not necessary. Whether it is a pressure vessel is determined by whether the operating pressure exceeds 0.1 MPa. Please refer to the original tolerance specification.
