For hydrogen peroxide, model F13002, the range is 0-9; when the reading reaches 2.6 it suddenly returns to zero, but after some time it functions normally again. What could be causing this? The channel is working fine, and the transmitter has been replaced recently. Vortex street type. Ignore the on-site conditions and use the control resistor to send signals; experiment by varying the value between 2 and 3 – at around 2.6, the value does not return to zero
It’s hard to say for sure, but I can provide some information for your reference. There are several types of vortex flow meters; check whether yours is of the capacitive type or the piezoceramic type. They both have an inherent frequency, and this factor probably plays a role in this issue. It’s not like a circuit problem, nor is it related to decoupling issues – take that into consideration.
