I would like to ask the department head: what sections are required for the quality analysis department? The company is about to start selling chromatography acetonitrile; what documents do I need to prepare? Thank you (I don’t have any documents yet; I’m going to get them all ready now)

Company Quality Department Seal; Quality Department Head’s Seal ; Quality inspector seal. There are also others such as product grade stamps and data confidentiality level stamps, which can be added or removed as needed.
Commonly used in laboratories: seal for quality inspection analysts, inspector identification seal, grade seals (excellent, first class, second class, third class, pass seal), and seal for voiding review reports

Find an adult by an overpass or an underground passage and ask them; they are very experienced in making and using stamps.
Reply to 6# qugd: Haha, that makes sense. They are indeed experts in this field – even better than specialists
It’s basically just the quality inspection stamp, the pass/fail stamp, and the inspector’s number
All legitimate test reports are numbered; if there is an error in the original record, it can be corrected by stamping it with the seal of the laboratory technician who prepared the record; But test report forms are usually multi-page and made of carbon paper; if something is written incorrectly, they must be invalidated, which is why an \"invalidation\" stamp is essential ; As for the product grade stamp, it depends on the specific product; since some users require \"premium\" quality products, it must be stamped on the report ; For some products, customers have low requirements and as long as they are qualified, there is naturally no need to provide labels for premium or first-class quality.
Whatever your analysis laboratory needs is what it requires; the requirements are basically the same across all units. You need to go to the relevant units to find out
