Baffle roughness requirements

It's just the original state of the steel plate, no need to polish it.

What is the appropriate roughness of the circumferential surface, notch trimming and drilling? As a chemical craftsman, I often see drawings (countersigned) of heat exchangers, but I didn’t pay much attention to your above questions and had to ask the equipment designer to answer them.
