Reasons for the detachment of the wall panels of the boiler economizer

More than one month after operation, all the connecting bolts of the steel wall panels of the 360T/H boiler newly installed in our company broke, causing the wall panels to drop by 10 cm. The perimeter of this wall panel is fitted with standard M16 bolts, a total of 82. The total weight of the wall panels is approximately 110 tons. Could everyone help analyze the reasons for the bolt fracture? Would using A2-70 stainless steel bolts solve the problem?
We need to figure out what caused the cracking. What is your structure like exactly? Are the wall panel bolts exposed to heat directly? If it’s not exposed to direct heat, then changing it to stainless steel isn’t very useful, is it? It is likely that the expansion of the economizer itself or the areas where it is connected to other components has not been properly addressed; the issue should be resolved first before any measures are taken
The wall panels are hung on the connecting beams using bolts; the main problem is that the bolts break completely. It’s not likely to be an issue related to expansion, as if that were the case the wall panels would show signs of deformation.
