The outlet temperature of the mixed dehydration cooler is -14 degrees. The demister isn’t being fed with water; the moisture content at the outlet is 3000 ppm, and the flow rate is around 10,000. Is there any solution?
What kind of water is used in the demister? First, check whether the drainage pipes and valves of the dehydration system equipment are unobstructed and whether there is a large amount of water accumulated inside the equipment. Second, reduce the production flow rate, take samples for analysis, and observe whether the water content in the gas decreases as the production load is reduced ； Third, shut down part of the coolers in the mixed dehydration unit to melt the ice; observe the effectiveness after melting it for a while ；
