In areas where there are various flammable gases, how should one choose the type of flammable gas detector? Do different types of flammable gases require different sensor types?
A catalytic combustion type combustible gas detector can be chosen, which is capable of detecting all combustible gases present in the area. However, when calibrating it, the gas with the highest level of danger can be used as the standard gas for calibration.
I think it’s safer to use different detectors for different gases; safety is worth the extra cost. You can’t be sure of the composition of various gases, right? If the proportions of the components in any gas leak remain constant every time, then you can do as suggested on the second floor, and I agree with that.
