For particles larger than 25 MM in our unit’s grading screen, 16-manganese mesh screens are used; they have been in use for about 20 days and the screening performance is quite good. It’s just been used for a short time. Using strip sieve plates on vibrating screens for 10–25 MM yields poor results. Dear experts, what kind of sieves does your company use, and are they effective?
For sizes over 25mm, a 16mn comb-type sieve plate is used, while for grade 10, polyurethane square sieves are employed.
Use a linear vibrating screen; it provides better screening results.
