As we all know, I remember from a survey from the year before last that the three industries with the highest salaries were IT, real estate, and electricity. Among the three industries with the lowest salaries were chemicals, textiles, and one more industry whose name I can’t recall. Nowadays, the average salary in ordinary companies is around 30,000 per year. These days, one has to take out loans just to buy a house. I wonder how everyone allocates their income. I’m currently paying off a loan, and after a few months, it feels like my income isn’t enough to cover my expenses. Although I’m not married yet, I feel that once I am, I won’t have enough money to support my family. . . . . . Besides, prices are so high these days; mung beans have reached the same price as lamb, and garlic has reached the same price as pork. . . . I’m not sure what experiences and insights you, my seniors, have; I hope to gain some inspiration from your answers. Thank you.
It should get less and less as time goes by; once married, the two of them can probably pay it off together. I paid in full when I bought the house. I’m thinking of buying another property now, and I’m considering whether to take out a loan or pay in full once my child starts school (as the amount will likely be sufficient by then); it’s a small place, so there’s no pressure to buy a house.
Once a month, when the salary is paid, make a budget and plan how to spend it, in order to reduce unnecessary expenses. At the same time, find a way to make money. After working for ten years, I’ve managed to buy two houses, but I still have over 100,000 left to pay off. I’m also working hard to earn and repay, just like you. Strive to pay it off as soon as possible.
