For the catalytic cracking unit, the temperature at the top of the fractionation tower is 109 degrees, and the pressure is 0.22 Mpa. The dry point of the diesel is 367.5 degrees, while its freezing point is -2 degrees. It is required that the dry point of the diesel not exceed 365 degrees and that its freezing point be between 0 and +5 degrees. How can this be adjusted?
Extract a little less diesel; if there is enough dryness in the previous product (from the tower top or side stream), extract a little more. Or improve the separation accuracy of the entire tower (increase the reflux flow at the tower top).
The dry point of gasoline should be kept at no more than 175 degrees; it is currently at 173.5 degrees
