Heat exchanger heat transfer area issue

Dear seniors, in PRO-II, for simple heat exchangers, it seems that it’s not possible to directly obtain the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger. Is it necessary to use a more complex heat exchanger in order to get this value?
Yes, a simple heat exchanger can only handle one heat load, while the heat exchange area can only be calculated using a complex heat exchanger. But it is better to input the data into the HTRI software for heat exchanger calculations, as this method is relatively more accurate. We usually use PROII to obtain the physical properties, and then input those values into HTRI to perform the heat exchanger calculations
