Is there no further content? Could you carry this out? It would be great if you could discuss the usage of various systems in the petrochemical industry as well as customers’ feedback, for reference!
In ESD, TRICONEX’s TRICON and ROCKWELL’s ICS originate from NASA; they are triple-redundancy systems. HIMA (H51Q) and HONEYWELL (SM) feature quad-redundancy for the CPU as well as card-level redundancy
Is the information reliable? We’ve never used anything from ROCKWELL. PS: ROCKWELL is in Europe, right?
Fully reliable ICS was acquired by Rockwell ROCKWELL
We use Rockwell quite often
Honeywell’s should be FSC; basically, that’s all the major ones
HIMA is a 2OO2D system, which means it has quadruple redundancy; QMR. TRICON is a 2OO3 TMR system
In China, Tricon’s ESD and ITCC products are manufactured by Kangjisen Company, which does a very good job; it is said that this company also holds a large market share.
Reply to 9# neo100e: Yes, Invensys has basically handed over all of its Tricon business in China to Conson. Currently, Invensys in China only has operations in FOXBORO and OTS.
ESD is also made by Conson.
