The design of the platform on the sulfur production combustion furnace – can this platform act directly on the furnace body itself? Is it still necessary to use surrounding frames for support or to act on the ground? What are the main reasons for this? Thank you!

We use a separate steel structural framework; rainproof measures are incorporated into the design of the sulfur production furnace itself. Considering thermal expansion, it is generally not advisable to place platforms on the furnace body. Moreover, since the waste heat boiler and the sulfur production furnace are welded together as a single unit, it is even less suitable to do so.
Usually, the civil engineering team builds the platform separately; it’s relatively uncommon to have a platform installed on top of the furnace
Oh, I see. My sulfur production combustion furnace is placed in a frame, so the frame has to be used as a support to serve as a platform. What about the primary condenser connected to it? Can a platform be built on top of it?
