What is the vacuum pressure of the urea evaporation system in the CO2 stripping process? Why does the second stage pressure always fail to meet the requirements? Use 0.4mp steam to evacuate, the highest is 0.082mp. It will return to 0.02mp immediately. I don’t know if there is any leakage.
Is it in production or in the trial run stage? If commissioning requires a detailed plan and some process conditions. Please describe the situation more specifically. Also, is your second stage pressure gauge pressure or absolute pressure?
What is the pressure of the first stage? Can it reach 30--34KPA (absolute)? The pressure of the first stage and the second stage (absolute) are different. If the first stage can reach the target, then the problem is in the second stage. It may be: there is a problem with the surface cooler, the steam filter is clogged, the pressure gauge is inaccurate, and there is something wrong with the injector design. The problem is that the booster opening is too small, the equipment/pipes are leaking, and the amount of circulating water blocked is small. You can always find the problem by doing a troubleshooting. Before feeding, you need to do a "test vacuum". It must take 15-20 minutes to reach the standard before you are allowed to put ammonia into the car. Otherwise, you need to check for leaks and solve them. What is the unit of MP?

I don’t know if you can use it for a period of time to pass the vacuum.; However, when the second stage reaches an absolute pressure of 50~60KPA, the vacuum rises. The main reason is that the final stage injector carries water. ; Reduce vacuum pump capacity ; For other reasons why the vacuum cannot be pumped, you can find the problem for 3# Haiyou.
