Set to 150 degrees. For the carbon dioxide coming out of the reactor at 3 MPa, I need to separate it from (propylene carbonate and a small amount of propylene glycol) in order to separate the vapor from the liquid. How should I design this process? Should I lower the pressure first? And then enter the vapor-liquid separator? What type of separator should be used? I’m really confused; please help me out, fellow sailors. Thank you
It seems they are focusing on popular varieties. Personal opinion, because 3. The pressure of 0 is hard to achieve; it should be separated first. There are many refineries at 3. Those separated at 0 pressure are called “high scores”. Guessing—since carbon dioxide has a cycle compressor, it should even less be depressurized first.
