Our factory's coke oven JN60-6 has been experiencing serious fire and smoke problems in and around the furnace door since summer. What measures should be taken ideally?
Pay attention to management, strengthen the assessment system, do a good job in repairing and replacing furnace doors, cleaning furnace doors and furnace door frames, and adjusting knife edges. The furnace door frames are sealed with coal slime； Pay attention to the adjustment of the pressure of the gas collecting pipe, the spraying of ammonia in the bridge pipe, the temperature of the sprayed ammonia, etc.
Pay attention to whether the lower blade edge and the back of the furnace door frame are smoking and catching fire. Pay attention to adjusting the hook bolts and the pressing seat of the blade edge. If there is a fire, use coal slime or mud to remove it. Do not use water. You can also blow it out with an air duct or steam pipe first and then remove the coal slime.
