1. Benefits of the temperature centralized system: There is no need to use numerous DCS temperature sensor I/O cards anymore; instead, a single communication card is sufficient. 2. One transmission line replaces multiple signal lines; for thermocouples, this reduces the need for compensation wires, thereby lowering costs for users. 3. It saves on safety barriers. 4. It saves on terminal connectors. 5. It reduces the amount of wiring work required
Such multi-point temperature transmitters are generally only suitable for use in display circuits; they are rarely used in control circuits and cannot be used in SIS circuits. We use it quite a lot in pyrolysis furnaces; it does save cables indeed.

Reply to 3# agtu: We are an engineering company, and we have used Emerson’s multi-point temperature control systems in pyrolysis furnaces. Overall, compared with traditional methods, using multi-point temperature control results in savings in terms of cables and reduced investment costs. There isn’t much feedback available regarding the actual performance of these systems in factories.
Reply to 4# daiyi020: Hello! In thermometers, this system not only helps save on cables but also reduces the need for numerous DCS I/O cards, construction costs, safety barriers, etc. Does your company handle only the installation and commissioning, or do you also provide turnkey services? My phone number is 18737940792 and my email address is agtu518@163.com. I’m Li Yang. If it’s convenient for you, I can send you the detailed information about this product. Thank you
