What are the effects of high temperatures on piston compressors? These are my own opinions; I hope everyone will share their own views as well. A high temperature of the intake air reduces the volume of exhaust gas. An excessively high temperature in the cylinder can cause the lubricating oil to burn out, losing its lubricating function, which poses a **danger** in the presence of sparks. It can also cause problems with the piston, piston rings, and valves. Excessively high bearing temperatures can damage the bearing shims, while too high lubricant temperatures can reduce its viscosity and lower oil pressure, thereby affecting its lubricating function. High motor temperatures can damage the motor itself, and excessively high cooling water temperatures can render the cooling system ineffective
