How to separate copper-clad iron

Phosphor-brass is coated around an iron bar; it contains 12% copper, 4% tin, and the rest is iron. How can this be separated without losing the iron?
I’m currently using the electrolytic method, which works well – it allows for the direct recovery of alloy powder with almost no loss of iron.
Reply to 3# fchen: Leaching with ammonium carbonate in an alkaline environment, along with placing it in a ball mill to allow the particles to collide with each other, makes it easy to remove it
