Our plant’s 5.5m ramming coke oven is currently being heated using natural gas; could you please advise on a plan to switch to normal heating methods?
Do you bake in your own oven? As for the furnace drying curve, the drying process needs to be carried out according to that curve
The furnace heating curve should be adjusted according to the actual conditions; it can be modified in line with the construction progress of the four main units and the chemical production facilities. Once the conditions are met, after the gas pipelines and control valves in the basement have been repaired, natural gas supply will be stopped while gas is introduced into the basement. Our factory has just completed the furnace heating process and started production at the end of August; those who are interested can discuss this further
