Seeking help with issues regarding the Zhongkong JX-300X

Our company has a 300x system with central control; there are 6 operation stations located in 2 separate control rooms. In one of these control rooms, the 4 stations experience occasional delays in data reception. Replacing the switch didn’t help either. The connection from the control cabinet uses 2 fiber optic cables plus one network cable. Does anyone on this forum know what could be the cause? Thank you.

It was fine all along, and this delay isn’t continuous; it’s intermittent
Try changing the network cable. Perhaps there is a problem with the network card in the other 4 workstations, or they are infected with malware.
It was poisoned; I ran antivirus scans on the machine and now it’s working properly.
Try using a different fiber transceiver
