The ammonia tank area pump has a large reflux and a small reflux. What are the uses of the large reflux and the small reflux at the Haiyou pump outlet?

Backflow is mainly to prevent equipment surge. If the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is too large, the pump will vibrate violently and seriously damage the equipment. It is mainly used to regulate the inlet flow.

Usually the minimum flow valve is required to be fully open before starting the pump.; The larger return line has two functions: one is to adjust the outlet pressure of the pump, and the other is to adjust the liquid level of the pump's inlet container.

Most pumps only have a small flow line. In addition to adjusting the flow rate, the small flow line can also be used to test the pump after pump maintenance.
Small return flow, the minimum flow rate to ensure normal operation of the pump. Large return flow, through pressure indication, to adjust the pump outlet flow.
There is no specific size and the process is not very clear. For reference only: Because when the pump is turned on, the outlet valve * , and liquid ammonia is easy to vaporize. When you first start the pump, you must turn on a large return flow to exhaust, and after normal operation, turn on a small return flow to adjust the pump outlet flow.
