Our factory uses electrolyzers and processes from Beihua Machinery, but it’s difficult to take samples of PH312 on-site; samples can be obtained when the temperature is higher. Sometimes, the vacuum level is reduced in order to take samples. Samples of PH312 are taken at P-284, P-334, and after going to D-370, near T-310. Hello, on which floor is the PH-312 installed? How far (or how high) is it from the dechlorination tower? This kind of phenomenon occurs when it is placed too close to the tower; it’s generally better to install it on the second floor of the dechlorination tower, as the vacuum pump ensures that the entire dechlorination system operates under negative pressure. It will be very difficult to take samples directly at the 312 heat exchanger or next to the pH meter. Suggestion: Install a dedicated sampling pipe connected to the anode solution discharge tank, and locate an appropriate spot on the first floor at a height of 1 meter above the ground to create a sampling port. Ensuring a certain head difference and a sufficient flow rate makes sampling no problem. We’ve been using it!
312 is in the dechlorination tower on the first floor, and on the third floor
