What is Q345 material, and is it newly developed?
Q345 is a low-alloy high-strength steel that is divided into 5 grades: A, B, C, D, and E. For details, please refer to GB/T1591-2008

If it is Q345R, it is the former 16MnR; check GB713
The new material standard includes 16MN. Check the standard
Refer to standard GB/T708, which is the former 16MnR
The 16Mn specified in GB/T8162 is the grade from the old national standard GB/T 1591-1988; the equivalent grade under the current new standard GB/T 1591-1994 is Q345.
