The types of level gauges used in our production equipment include (float type), (double flange type), (glass type), (differential pressure type), and (photoelectric type). Dear colleagues, which type do you use? .
What is an electric eye??? I’ve never heard of it
Differential pressure level gauge. . . . . .
Insertion-type capacitive level gauges, magnetic flip-board level gauges, float level gauges.
We also have maglev level gauges
Most are glass; panel types have also been used
Magnetic flap, differential pressure, radar, 3D level scanner, radio frequency admittance.
Let’s go back to the 10th floor first. The double-flange type is, in theory, also a transmitter for measuring the differential pressure at the point of emission. The type of level gauge to use depends on the medium being measured, such as its viscosity and degree of crystallinity. Corrosion and other factors are all taken into consideration during selection! There are also those for remote transmission, namely transmitters, and those used on-site, such as glass tubes, magnetic flip plates, sight glasses, etc. The options should be used according to different situations. Currently, differential pressure transmitters (including those with double flanges) are more commonly used in most cases. Radar, ultrasound, rays, etc. are used in relatively smaller quantities!
