Let those who are in the know come and talk about it
In any case, it’s higher than that of Sinopec; there are no organizations with lower salaries than those of Sinopec’s secondary units.
Yeah, right! ! I work at Sinopec! ! The salary is too low; I want to quit
Overall, it’s not that good. After all, those companies are leaders in the oil industry; they have low costs for oil extraction, resulting in high production levels and profits. In comparison, the profits from oil refining are much lower. In the past, the situation was even reversed. Things vary depending on the location, as well as on specific industries and companies. The upstream and downstream processes, along with sales activities, all differ. Therefore, it’s difficult to give a precise idea of the benefits associated with working in such companies. There are too many different types of companies. For example, oil fields in the Northwest, Shengli Oil Field, Zhongyuan Oil Field, Jiangsu Oil Field, Jianghan Oil Field, etc., are all different from each other. Similarly, newly established refineries like Hainan Refining Company and those expanded in Beihai differ from older refineries such as Maoming Refining Company, Zhenhai Refining Company, Qilu Refining Company, and so on
The corporate units of CNPC offer good benefits; for example, the Global Design Institute and the large refineries that are directly under CNPC provide favorable conditions. There are also construction companies that are directly affiliated with CNPC, such as CNPC First Construction, Sixth Construction, and Seventh Construction, which offer good benefits though the work may be more demanding. Avoid those entities that bear the CNPC logo but have basically no connection with CNPC.
It’s definitely better than the treatment we get at our local refineries
There is a saying that \"Sinopec belongs to the political elite, CNPC belongs to entrepreneurs, and CNOOC belongs to capitalists.\" Now you know about the treatment details, right?
Reply to 6# youlong1008: The salary at construction companies is quite low, and the work is tough; it’s not as good as you think
:) It seems that the benefits at our company that deals with gasification are pretty good
Upstairs, which company is responsible for gasification? Is it in Inner Mongolia?
