Control of short cycle in distillation. Distillation short cycle process flow: D-2 outlet, E-11 (tube), E-2 (shell), EC-3, E-6 (shell), P-3, C-1. Precautions for operating the distillation short cycle: (1) For external operations related to distillation, first adjust the short cycle process, and then close the valve leading to the diesel output unit to avoid pressure buildup. (2) Gradually lower the temperature of C-1 base to 220°C. (3) Slightly raise the level of C-1 liquid, close the valve for the crude gasoline outlet unit, to ensure an adequate supply of circulating oil and maintain long-term cyclic operation of the distillation process. (4) If the level of liquid in C-1 is too low, making it difficult to maintain the distillation cycle, oil should be added as soon as possible through the oil feed line of C-1. (5) The desulfurization tower system shall be shut down for maintenance.
