Reduction problem of hydrogen production conversion catalysts

May I ask whether the hydrogen production conversion catalysts Z417/Z418 and the medium-pressure shift catalyst B113-2 in the hydrogen production plant need to be reduced? Which other reagents need to be reduced? Thank you!

Reformation catalysts, and catalysts in catalysis
For hydrogen production conversion catalysts, medium-temperature shift catalysts need to be reduced, but it is necessary to prevent excessive reduction of these catalysts
Conversion catalysts and medium-shift catalysts generally require reduction. If there is hydrogen, it can be reduced using hydrogen after the steam distribution is adjusted. Medium-temperature shift catalysts generally do not need to be reduced separately; they can be reduced together with the conversion catalyst. If hydrogen is not available, use desulfurized, qualified natural gas plus steam for reduction directly. Refer to the catalyst instruction manual for details~~~
