The temperatures are high and remain so for long periods; the temperature of our circulating water is between 37-39 degrees, while the temperature of cold water reaches up to 16 degrees, and that of chilled water is -25 degrees. Many cooling devices fail to provide effective cooling, resulting in poor water removal efficiency. There is an excess of self-polymers in the low-pressure towers, and the reaction time in the polymerization reactors is long – it’s really difficult to handle this situation, as it’s not possible to increase the flow rate.
