The tube bank uses cooling water; the operating pressure is 0.3 MPa, the inlet water temperature is 34 degrees Celsius, the outlet water temperature ranges from 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, and the inlet pipe diameter is 200 mm. Can it meet the outlet gas temperature and outlet water temperature requirements of the shell side? If the conditions are not sufficient, it can be mentioned; detailed steps would be even better
The conditions are too general; detailed structural parameters of the heat exchanger need to be specified, such as tube dimensions, length, quantity, and the arrangement of baffle plates, etc
Important data is missing: what is your semi-water gas flow rate? I estimate that your heat exchanger’s heat transfer coefficient is around 300 W/m2·K. Q = (T1 – T2) × Cph × q = K × TA; the temperature difference T is approximately 35, and the specific heat Cph is 1350 J/m3. K So, if your flow rate is below 100,000 Nm3/h, it should be fine. I’m not sure if I’m correct; please advise, experts! !
