While tidying up the room, I found the painting given to that girl in my wife’s wardrobe from the Dinghai year. It was a 4.3-foot-long scroll; although it was framed, it still resembled a work created by everyone together. Hanged in the exhibition hall, it is certainly an unconventional work; since it didn’t participate in the competition, it is the only piece at the book fair that doesn’t have any awards. As usual, the works from the book exhibition remain at the Calligraphy Association for future calligraphy enthusiasts to appreciate. But I wanted to give it to a girl, so I took it back secretly after the calligraphy exhibition ended. The next afternoon, I went to the girl’s building with this artwork. When giving it to her, my heart was about to burst out, because I wanted to exchange her heart for mine. She came down very quickly. Myself and her walked around the small grove over and over again, telling one story after another, and eating piece after piece of ice cream. Finally, I joked with her and said, \"You’re going home tomorrow; here’s a piece of writing for you. It’s something I wrote for you – look at it whenever you miss me when you get home.\" Watching her happy figure leave with the letter, I felt an indescribable joy. Because the joke I made was serious. I like that she thinks of me. When we returned to school, we were like lovers who had been apart for two years. We take classes together, eat together, surf the internet together, and go shopping together. No one around us knows when we started dating, not even my closest friends and hers. We kept it so secret; if it hadn’t been for Xiangzi taking pictures as evidence with his phone, who would have believed that we were actually a couple right under their noses? We never had a declaration, but we walked together by mutual understanding. We walked together along every path in the school, and our footprints were in every forest. I walked along every winding path by the Jinxiu River behind her, stepping on many of the small yellow flowers by the roadside. I held her hand and carved our names one after another in the poplar forest by the new Hunan River... There are so many stories; if it hadn’t been for the accidental discovery of the original works, they might have been lost. Now, she is my wife. We walk together on the path of the company, on the path of life’s accumulation. Our life is simple, but we are happy. Life anecdotes: “Look at me, I’ve gained so much weight; I now weigh 108 pounds.” “Keep eating!” One last warning: don’t even mention losing weight until your weight reaches 120. “Old man, why is there so much stuff here? It’s a mess.” “It’s not that there’s too much stuff; it’s just that I can’t bear to throw it away. Every item has its own history.” “Everything my husband says is right. Who is your husband?” “Stop it. When you get angry, everything I have becomes worthless. How dare I say anything?” ”http://b47.photo.store.qq.com/http_imgload.cgi?/rurl4_b=effd02446fbf4cbe823a53f8e8c7388b61466e87abaf42f006a2a69793be97a597ddea68cd8f22fb8158fa26888c207223c3f0db0b56f12305c57d267029e7b2ea38fdc51aedb5394507124afe40d595d327077c&a=45&b=47
