Our company is installing a compressor; the turbine is from Hangzhou Turbine Factory. There is no information on the control system yet; could some teacher please explain it to me? Also, are the driving procedures and the single-unit testing plan provided by the manufacturer? Thanks first!

Is your control system a Woodward 505? The operating procedures and steps are provided by the manufacturer, and when operating the equipment, the manufacturer will send someone to the site to provide guidance. It should be a pure electro-hydraulic conversion control speed regulation system. The opening angle of the speed control valve ranges from 0 to 100, with a corresponding current of 4 to 20 milliamps; the oil pressure corresponds to values between 0.15 and 0.45
Unit commissioning is a large-scale system that mainly involves the following steps: 1. Cleaning of the lubricating oil pipelines. (The time estimate is about 2 months.) 2. Acid cleaning of the pipelines in the sealing system. (Approximately one month) 3. Blowing out of the steam pipelines of the turbine. 4. Blasting and purging of the compressor process pipelines. 3. Lubricating oil commissioning, including the adjustment of the turbine control oil. 4. Single test of the steam turbine. 5. No-load test run of the unit. 6. Commissioning of the unit with nitrogen or other media. 7. Load test of the unit. The construction company’s trial operation plan isn’t good enough; it’s better to follow your own plan, as the units in question are definitely critical equipment.
