Our facility has recently experienced a leak at a pipe elbow, and we would like to measure the wall thickness of the pipe online. However, the thickness gauge we have can only be used within a temperature range of -10 to 60°C, while the temperature of the pipe wall in question is 140°C. Has anyone used a thickness gauge that can operate within such a high temperature range? If so, please let me know where I can purchase one. Thank you!
The high-temperature thickness gauge has been obtained.

Choose a 5M φ10 high-temperature probe, use high-temperature coupling agent; the measurement range is 0.8–200 mm. Probe models, their features, measurement ranges (for steel), diameter, frequency, and contact temperature are as follows: 5M¢10 – universal probe; measurement range 0.8–260 mm, diameter 10 mm, frequency 5 MHz, contact temperature range -10–+60°C. 5M¢6 – for small diameters; measurement range 0.75–60 mm, diameter 6 mm, frequency 5 MHz, contact temperature range -10–+60°C. 2M PT-12 – high penetration capability; measurement range 4.0–50 mm (for cast iron); diameter available as 12 mm or 22 mm, frequency 2 MHz, contact temperature range -10–+60°C. 7.5M ¢10 – high precision; measurement range 0.6–100 mm (for steel), diameter 10 mm, frequency 7.5 MHz, contact temperature range -10–+60°C. ZW5P – for high-temperature applications; measurement range 4.0–80 mm, diameter 12 mm, frequency 5 MHz, contact temperature range -10–+300°C
38DL PLUS ultrasonic thickness gauge -- American OLYMPUS; the measurement mode with a biphase probe measures the time interval from the precise delay after the excitation pulse to the first echo. The through-coating measurement mode uses a single bottom surface echo (with the D7906-SM and D7908 probes) to measure the actual thickness of the metal and the thickness of the coating. The echo-to-echo measurement mode in the through-paint layer mode measures the time interval between two consecutive bottom surface echoes, regardless of the thickness of the paint layer or coating. Single-crystal probe measurement mode Mode 1: The time interval between the excitation pulse and the first bottom surface echo. Mode 2: The time interval between the delay-line echo and the first bottom echo (using a delay-line or water-immersed probe). Mode 3: The time interval between adjacent bottom surface echoes following the first surface echo, after the excitation pulse (using a delay-line or water-immersed probe). Oxide layer pattern: Optional. Multi-layer mode: Optional. The thickness range is 0.080 mm to 635.00 mm, depending on the material, probe surface conditions, temperature, and the selected configuration. The material sound speed range is from 0.508 mm/μs to 13.998 mm/μs. Resolution (selectable): Low resolution: 0.1 mm; Standard resolution: 0.01 mm; High resolution (optional): 0.001 mm. Probe frequency range: Standard: 2.0 MHz to 30 MHz (-3 dB); High penetration (optional): 0.50 MHz to 30 MHz (-3 dB). General specifications: Operating temperature range –10°C to 50°C. Keyboard with sealed keys, functions distinguished by color, along with tactile and audio feedback. Case with impact protection, waterproof, and fitted with gaskets ; Seal the interfaces on the casing. The design meets the IP67 standard. External dimensions (width x height x thickness): Overall size: 125 mm x 211 mm x 46 mm. Weight: 0.814 kg. Power supply: AC/DC adapter, 24 V ; Lithium-ion battery, 23.760 Wh ; Or 4 AA auxiliary batteries. Operating time on lithium-ion battery: minimum 12.6 hours, typically 14 hours, maximum 14.7 hours. Fast charging: 2 to 3 hours. The standard design complies with the EN15317 standard. Features a color transmissive VGA LCD display; screen size: 56.16 mm X 74.88 mm. Detects full-wave, RF waves, positive half-wave, and negative half-wave. Input/output via USB 1.0 interface. RS-232 is available. Maximum storage card capacity: 2 GB external MicroSD storage card. Video output uses VGA standard. Built-in data recorder: The data recorder 38DL PLUS enables the identification, storage, playback, deletion, and transmission of thickness readings, waveform images, and instrument configuration information via standard RS-232 serial ports or USB ports. Capacity for 475,000 thickness measurement readings, or 20,000 waveforms with thickness values. File name, ID code, and comments: a 32-character file name, a 20-character alphanumeric code, with four comments for each character. File structure: 9 standard or custom file structures for specific applications. The onboard report summarizes data statistics, minimum/maximum values with location information, minimum value history, file comparison, and alarm reports.
