{Question} Polishing of stainless steel welds

How should the welds of mirror stainless steel be treated after welding to keep the joint surface smooth and flat? Although manual treatment with a angle grinder brought some improvement, the process was too slow and the results were not very good. I’ve seen that some products, after surface treatment, appear to be a single piece as if there was no welding involved. I’m seeking advice from experts: what kind of machine should be used for grinding and polishing? Thank you!
