Sinopec’s should be 3,000–4,000, after taxes
The benefits mentioned upstairs sound really good... I wonder what the salaries are like at other companies; please share more information
Some students work at CNPC Qinzhou Refinery. In their first year there, they signed contracts with service companies; the salary was a little over 2,000. For regular full-time employees working in the field, the salary is around 3,000 (before taxes); for those in senior operational roles, it’s about 4,000, and team leaders earn around 5,000

At the Qinzhou refinery, what that person upstairs said probably doesn’t refer to oil refining. Many people here have gone to Qinzhou; the salary there is between 6,000 and 8,000. The main purpose of going to Qinzhou is to help solve issues related to family members. If you bring your family with you, no work will be arranged for them, but a monthly allowance of 2,000 will be provided. Many still provide housing; it depends on your situation. If you’re a skilled professional, you’re likely to receive good compensation, but if you’ve just graduated, the pay will definitely be lower.
