Logical relationship between SRV and GCV in gas turbines

Dear senior gas turbine experts: Is there any logical relationship between the speed control valve and the control valve in a gas turbine? If their opening degrees are not consistent, it will definitely cause severe blockage of the natural gas. I’m not sure if my question is phrased correctly; please provide an answer, experts
The control objectives are different, so there’s no logical connection
The SRV is likely the pressure control valve located after the control valve; its opening degree is a function of the speed of the high-pressure shaft. The GCV controls the gas flow based on the load, and although adjustments are made to the fuel’s pressure and temperature, there should be no connection between the two
