In the production process of solar cells, many gases are required, such as SIH4, NH3, N2, CDA, CF4, and O2. The supply of these gases needs to reach almost every part of the factory. So where should gas supply stations for special gases like NH3, SIH4, and CF4 be located? Where should bulk gases such as O2, N2, and CDA be located? Are there any specific regulations or requirements, or can it be placed anywhere?
