Can the process and welders/welding operators qualified according to ASME Volume 9 be directly used in the construction of this pressure vessel? Or can the process qualified in accordance with JB4708 and the welders qualified in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Labor be directly used in the construction of this pressure vessel? Or can the process used in manufacturing this pressure vessel and the personnel involved (welders and non-destructive testing personnel) be assessed in accordance with domestic standards and in accordance with ASME standards? 2.
