I have a question regarding this operating condition: it’s a plate heat exchanger with a diameter of DN300, an installed area of 500㎡, and approximately 300 plates. The design pressure is 16 MPa, so the test pressure should be 2.0 accordingly. I would like to ask which manufacturers in China are capable of using adhesive pads with non-stick buckles to achieve a pressure of 2.0 MPa; likewise, what if the pressure cannot be reached at such a high level? Everyone, please help analyze the reasons. My understanding is: First, the deck thickness needs to be increased. Second, whether the number of bolts and their strength need to be increased. Third, could it be that the fit between the gaskets and the plates isn’t optimal?
