What are the internal components of a conventional plate-exchanger type methanol synthesis tower from top to bottom, and how are they arranged?
I’ve really never seen a methanol synthesis tower of the plate-exchange type; I’d like to learn about it**
That is, the catalyst installed between the plates, and the boiling water that flows within the plates
Oh, it’s just that the shell-and-tube type has been replaced with a plate-type; everything else remains the same
