I’m not involved in distillation, so I’m not familiar with their process; I’ll ask them when I have time to find out who is handling it
Generally, high-boiling substances are mixed with silicon tetrachloride, making them difficult to treat separately.

The high and low boiling points fractions produced during the distillation of trichlorosilane have small quantities, resulting in high recovery costs; therefore, they are simply washed away. For large quantities, secondary distillation can be carried out; it is recommended to return the high and low boiling points obtained from the subsequent distillation back to the synthesis distillation process

It is generally not usable, as the content of high-boiling substances is very low; moreover, it is quite viscous. Most of what comes out of the distillation tower is still silicon tetrachloride.
