At present, what is the approximate flue gas emission temperature of atmospheric and vacuum furnaces? This is of course related to the sulfur content of the fuel, the heat recovery process, etc. I have calculated that it is generally 170-210 degrees, but I don’t know if it is consistent with the actual production.
The exhaust gas temperature is determined by the local dew point corrosion temperature.
Above 170° is too high. Now the sulfur content of gaseous fuel after desulfurization is below 20PPM, and the exhaust temperature is generally around 120°, so the thermal efficiency can reach more than 91%.
