During the catalytic start-up, there is a large valve on the oil and gas pipeline connecting the reaction unit and the distillation unit, ahead of which is an \"8\"-shaped blind plate. What do you think – is the hot dismantling method better or the cold dismantling method? Why?
I disassemble my devices hot, and although it’s a bit more troublesome, it helps reduce the issue of fluid leakage.
Our company uses hot dismantling; it feels safer that way. However, large companies with high technical capabilities like Sinopec generally prefer cold dismantling.
In the past, the traditional method was hot demolition; nowadays some use cold demolition, and it is said that Jingmen combines both hot and cold demolition. The key is to master the tricks.
