Do you know anything about the transportation of helium? Things like the volume of gas cylinders, prices, and information on liquid helium storage tanks
(1) Packaging – Helium cylinders: Name: Seamless steel cylinders (complying with standards GB5099\ISO9809). Model: WMA219-40-15. Volume: 8, 40 (m3). Height: 1.310 (m). External dimensions: 0.219*1.310 (m). Weight: 48 (kg). Material: 37Mn. (2) Storage – Helium cylinders: 1. The use and inspection of these cylinders shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Cylinders” issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. 2. Gas cylinders must not be placed near sources of fire or exposed to direct sunlight; the distance from open flames should generally be at least 10 meters, and the cylinders must not be subjected to impacts. 3. The cylinders must not be contaminated with grease. 4. The gas in the cylinder must not be used up completely; a residual pressure of not less than 0.04 MPa should remain. 5. The inflation pressure of the gas cylinder must not exceed the specified pressure. 6. The safety helmet must be worn at all times to protect the air valve. 7. Gas cylinders are inspected every three years (with exceptions in special cases), undergoing a visual inspection as well as a pressure test; they may be used again only after passing the test, and the inspections are carried out at the gas filling facility.
