A control valve is used with the electromagnetic flowmeter to regulate the ratio of process water to acid; mixing takes place directly in the pipeline, without the need for a mixer. What is a suitable connection ratio in the mixing section, and over what distance should the diluted mixture be carried before it is fed in?
Your question is too vague! ! Does the pipe diameter and the speed before mixing both have an impact? It’s just an intuitive impression! !
