Why does the gauge always display an “empty pipe alarm” when I pump water, provided that the requirements for the straight pipe section of the electromagnetic flowmeter are met? And the traffic is always zero. I hope the experts here can help; thank you!
Air traffic control alarms usually occur because the liquid level in the tube is not full, or even because the liquid does not cover the electrodes. Since it’s air traffic control, the traffic is obviously zero. It is recommended to check the installation location to ensure that the measuring tube is filled with liquid. If it’s not due to the full tube issue, it might be a fault with the measuring electrode.
