For girls, I think it’s better to go to an engineering design firm; after all, after all these years of study, they can make good use of their expertise there. However, it’s difficult to get into design institutes; if one has connections, that’s good, otherwise one has to take exams on their own. One can also go to a chemical plant; the requirements there aren’t too high. It’s better to gain experience right after graduating – it’s better to be in a position of some importance rather than none at all. By working on more projects, one develops the skills as well. Our factory has two postgraduate students; there are many undergraduates here and few postgraduates, so they are highly appreciated by the management.
