Whether the filter cloth at the front of the air filter needs to be replaced. 1.1.2 Startup procedures for the oxygen-enriched combustion assistance system: a). For the first use, click on the fan and the vacuum pump separately to check whether their rotation directions are correct; if not, turn off the power supply and adjust the power cables in the control cabinet until the rotation directions are correct. b). Direct the circulating water to the front of the water-ring vacuum pump P301. c). Open the oxygen-enriching generator to the water ring vacuum pump P301 electric butterfly valve (KV1121) ; Open the electric valve (KV1122) at the inlet of the cooling water-fed rotary vacuum pump P301. d). Check whether the transmitter is within the range of -0.065 ¾ to -0.078 MPa, whether the micro-pressure gauge on fan K102 is within the range of 0.85–1.45 KPa, and whether the transmitter on the gas-water separation/desiccation/pressure stabilization system D202 is within the range of 0.5–3.0 KPa. If anything is not within the specified range, the cause should be identified promptly and addressed. e). After startup, inspect on-site to confirm whether the vent electric valve (KV1123) of the water ring vacuum pump P301 is closed ; Check whether KV1121 and KV1122 are in the on state. f). The electric valve (KV1121) at the bottom of the oxygen-enriched liquid separation tank D202 will open and close automatically based on the liquid level. g). Open the butterfly valve on the oxygen-enriched pipeline above the gas-water separation/desiccation/pressure stabilization system, and gradually close the vent valve on that same system, so that the oxygen-enriched gas is delivered through the oxygen-enriched pipeline to the inlet of the combustion air fan in the original incinerator ; 1.1.3 Shutdown procedure for the oxygen-enriched combustion assistance system a) Close the water supply valve for the water ring vacuum pump P301 ; Close electric butterfly valve KV1121 ; Turn off the power to the water ring vacuum pump P301 ; Finally, turn off the power supply to fan K102 ; Close the butterfly valve at the outlet of the circulating water pump to prevent anything from entering the liquid separation tank. b) After shutdown, check on-site whether the vacuum pump P301 vent electric valve opens automatically. c) Open the vent valve at the top and the drain valve at the bottom of the separation tank D202; in winter, it is necessary to drain the water from within the equipment as well as from the circulating water pipes. 1.1.4 Common faults and troubleshooting methods. ?
