In addition to the performance and communication skills mentioned by the original poster, it is also necessary to consider the project manager’s ability to take overall control and their comprehensive coordination skills. For one of our previous projects, due to the lack of unified standards, the guardrails in the installations used either national standards or institutional standards; the stairs and platforms were equipped either with grating panels or patterned panels. As soon as the plumbing team finished installing the underground pipelines, the civil engineering team made changes, requiring the pipelines to be dug out again for reinstallation. The emergence of problems like these is all the fault of incompetent project managers.
