In recent days, the crystallization pump has been experiencing intermittent problems with feeding; when feeding stops, it works again as soon as the water supply is turned on. The pump impeller was checked and found to be fine. Does anyone know what’s causing this issue?

We used to be able to achieve a certain volume even with 60 crystals
It might be due to insufficient pumping head of the pump; when washed with water, the specific gravity decreases, which allows more fluid to be pumped. The main cause is wear and tear on the impeller, so it is recommended to try replacing the pump’s impeller. If that still doesn’t work, replace the pump
